В Авачинском заливе самка AV25 недавно родила детёныша. Совсем крошечный, он попал в петлю пластиковой ленты или верёвки – мусора, оставленного человеком.

Веревка сейчас сдавливает его тело. В этом возрасте детеныши быстро растут, и страшно представить, что с ним может случиться дальше. Сейчас он активен и следует за матерью.
