Первые 10 мест достались Ямало-Ненецкому автономному округу, Москве, ХМАО, Санкт-Петербургу, Татарстану, Республике Коми, Челябинской, Московской областями, Пермскому и Красноярскому краю, а так же Кемеровской, Свердловской и Иркутской областям.
Всего в рейтинг вошли 35 регионов, но Чувашии среди них не оказалось. Почему? Этот вопрос нужно задать главе региона Олегу Николаеву и правительству Чувашской Республики, которые уже не первый год отчитываются о небывалых успехах в экономике Чувашии.

Given that Russian law enforcement officials are reportedly (via Insider) stopping people in the street and demanding to read their text messages, this could be vital to protect individuals from reprisals. As such, the SC would like to remind investors to always exercise caution when evaluating investment opportunities, especially those promising unrealistically high returns with little or no risk. Investors should also never deposit money into someone’s personal bank account if instructed. Telegram has become more interventionist over time, and has steadily increased its efforts to shut down these accounts. But this has also meant that the company has also engaged with lawmakers more generally, although it maintains that it doesn’t do so willingly. For instance, in September 2021, Telegram reportedly blocked a chat bot in support of (Putin critic) Alexei Navalny during Russia’s most recent parliamentary elections. Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores.
