Белгородская область установил новый рекорд по производству мяса в 2024 году. По предварительной информации, регион выпустил более 1,8 млн тонн свинины и курятины, что составляет 12% от общего показателя по России и 30% от производства ЦФО.
В Министерстве сельского хозяйства и продовольствия области отметили, что особенно рост заметен в свиноводстве. Объем в этой отрасли достиг рекордных 1 млн тонн на убой в живом весе. Также по итогам года произведено не менее 775 тыс. тонн птицы.
