В защиту интересов несовершеннолетнего в суд обратился прокурор Суджанского района. В иске он указал, что в феврале 2024 года в вечернее время на 15-летнего подростка напала бродячая собака, укусила его за руки и разорвала зимнюю куртку. Несовершеннолетнему потребовалась медицинская помощь.
Обязанность по организации отлова бездомных животных возложена на администрацию Суджанского района.
Суд исковые требования прокурора удовлетворил, взыскав с муниципального образования 40 тыс. рублей в качестве возмещения морального вреда, причиненного подростку.
