حسب تصمیمات جلسه شورای تحصیلات تکمیلی دانشگاه مورخ ۱۴۰۴/۰۱/۳۱، جهت نظم بیشتر برگزاری جلسات سمینار پژوهشی دوره دکتری، مقرر گردید دانشجویانی که سمینار پژوهشی خود را مطابق ضوابط مندرج در بند ۵ پیوست آئین نامه دکتری در موعد مقرر ارائه ننمایند و دانشجو در یک بازه یک ساله موفق به ارائه سمینار پژوهشی خود نشود، اولین تاریخ ارائه برای این دسته از دانشجویان منحصراً در تیر یا آذر ماه همان سال خواهد بود ارائه سمینار پژوهشی با تاخیر در سایر ایام سال امکان‌پذیر نمی‌باشد .

You may recall that, back when Facebook started changing WhatsApp’s terms of service, a number of news outlets reported on, and even recommended, switching to Telegram. Pavel Durov even said that users should delete WhatsApp “unless you are cool with all of your photos and messages becoming public one day.” But Telegram can’t be described as a more-secure version of WhatsApp. Messages are not fully encrypted by default. That means the company could, in theory, access the content of the messages, or be forced to hand over the data at the request of a government. WhatsApp, a rival messaging platform, introduced some measures to counter disinformation when Covid-19 was first sweeping the world. On December 23rd, 2020, Pavel Durov posted to his channel that the company would need to start generating revenue. In early 2021, he added that any advertising on the platform would not use user data for targeting, and that it would be focused on “large one-to-many channels.” He pledged that ads would be “non-intrusive” and that most users would simply not notice any change.
