Зима пришла внезапно

Несмотря на конец января, после прошедшего снегопада сложилось ощущение, что коммунальщики так и не были готовы к зиме. Снега в Твери в среду выпало - всего ничего, если смотреть в глобальных масштабах: всего десятая часть от месячной нормы. Но к утру с дорогами было не всё гладко. Или даже наоборот.

Коммунальщики, конечно, честно выехали на дороги, чтобы отскрести от снега и пролить рассолом магистральные улицы. И на главных транспортных артериях города утром ехать было в самом деле комфортно, хоть немного и мокро. А вот про окраины Твери дорожные службы явно забыли. Там утром дороги были не то, что не убраны, а даже покрылись тонкой корочкой наледи.

Впрочем в уборке города коммунальщикам поможет погода. Уже сегодня в Тверь придёт оттепель. Наверное, дорожники посмотрели на прогноз и решили сэкономить солярку.

Later in April, he told TechCrunch that he had left Russia and had “no plans to go back,” saying that the nation was currently “incompatible with internet business at the moment.” He added later that he was looking for a country that matched his libertarian ideals to base his next startup. At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. It raised an initial tranche of cash – worth more than a billion dollars – to help develop the coin before opening sales to the public. All of the same risks and warnings about channels can be applied to groups.
