ФМБА России опубликовало проект президентского указа о внесении изменений в перечень стратегических предприятий и акционерных обществ. Из списка ведомство намерено исключить свой Федеральный центр по проектированию и развитию объектов ядерной медицины (ФЦ ПРОЯМ).
Решение обусловлено необходимостью присоединения центра к Федеральному медицинскому биофизическому центру (ФМБЦ) им. А.И. Бурназяна для «развития современной радиобиологии и обеспечения Российской Федерации радиопротекторами, радиомитигаторами и радионуклидными препаратами». Сейчас у ФМБЦ нет собственной площадки для производства, а ФЦ ПРОЯМ располагает необходимыми мощностями.

The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm. Oleksandra Matviichuk, a Kyiv-based lawyer and head of the Center for Civil Liberties, called Durov’s position "very weak," and urged concrete improvements.
