Выступление на сессии вчера. Важно понимать, что принятая масштабная корректировка бюджета — только первый шаг реализации стратегии в новой экономической реальности, изложенной вчера Губернатором. Все направления учтены верно, но большинство потребует дальнейшего развития. Ресурсы у края на это есть.
P.S. Совершенно незаслуженно я вчера не упомянул работу с Агентством развития малого и среднего предпринимательства края. Коллеги работают активно и верно, непрерывно развивая поддержку МСП в рамках бюджетной политики. Встречаются с предпринимателями и быстро реагируют. Сейчас иначе никак.

The message was not authentic, with the real Zelenskiy soon denying the claim on his official Telegram channel, but the incident highlighted a major problem: disinformation quickly spreads unchecked on the encrypted app. The War on Fakes channel has repeatedly attempted to push conspiracies that footage from Ukraine is somehow being falsified. One post on the channel from February 24 claimed without evidence that a widely viewed photo of a Ukrainian woman injured in an airstrike in the city of Chuhuiv was doctored and that the woman was seen in a different photo days later without injuries. The post, which has over 600,000 views, also baselessly claimed that the woman's blood was actually makeup or grape juice. On Feb. 27, however, he admitted from his Russian-language account that "Telegram channels are increasingly becoming a source of unverified information related to Ukrainian events." Either way, Durov says that he withdrew his resignation but that he was ousted from his company anyway. Subsequently, control of the company was reportedly handed to oligarchs Alisher Usmanov and Igor Sechin, both allegedly close associates of Russian leader Vladimir Putin. During the operations, Sebi officials seized various records and documents, including 34 mobile phones, six laptops, four desktops, four tablets, two hard drive disks and one pen drive from the custody of these persons.
