И в-третьих, с учетом указанных обращений место расположения будущей мечети будет изменено. Под ее строительство будет выделен земельный участок недалеко от метро «Косино», между будущим диаметром МЦД-3, Московским скоростным диаметром и МКАДом. В шаговой доступности от станций метро и МЦД».
Ранее мэрия утверждала в ответах жителям и СМИ, что никакой мечети в Косино-Ухтомском (Восточный административный округ) и не планировалось, а только транспортно-пересадочный узел. Но удалось достать и дизайн-макеты - отнюдь не маленького здания.
