Мол, уместно ли в нынешних реалиях воздушные замки городить? Не рациональнее ли будет вернуться к идее создания нового морского комплекса для ремонта и технического обслуживания морских судов? Помните же постановление правительства Мурманской области N236-ПП об утверждении программы по сносу, реконструкции объектов «Морского порта Мурманск»?
