🔹Под председательством спикера палаты Маулена Ашимбаева прошло заседание Сената Парламента Казахстана, на котором одобрили закон «О территориальной обороне» и сопутствующие поправки.

🔹Основные моменты:

• Формируется нормативная база для функционирования системы территориальной обороны.

• Закрепляются полномочия Президента, Правительства и Министерства обороны.

• Определяются роли других государственных органов и организаций, независимо от формы собственности.

• Вводятся новые понятия «доброволец» и «формирования самообороны».
