Оперштаб Курской области со ссылкой на Хинштейна сообщает о том, что 23 марта БПЛА атаковал автомобиль главы Беловского района Николая Волобуева, который развозил хлеб оставшимся в районе людям. В результате удара чиновник получил акубаротравму.
