وزارت تعاون، کار و رفاه اجتماعی در نظر دارد از توان علمی و تخصصی فارغ‌التحصیلان دانشگاهی در قالب جذب نیروهای امریه (کارکنان وظیفه) جهت ارائه خدمات در حوزه‌های اجتماعی، اقتصادی، کارآفرینی و رفاه در مراکز استان‌ها و شهرستان‌های کشور اقدام کند.
در این راستا، اداره‌کل توسعه منابع انسانی این وزارتخانه با همکاری ادارات‌کل اجرایی در استان‌ها، در سال ۱۴۰۴ به جذب و به‌کارگیری تعدادی نیروی متخصص، نخبه و متعهد با مدرک تحصیلی دکتری و فوق‌لیسانس جهت اعزام از اول خرداد ۱۴۰۴ اقدام کرده است.
متقاضیان امریه سربازی می‌توانند با مراجعه به سامانه تعاون‌یار این وزارتخانه به نشانی اینترنتی taavonyar.mcls.gov.ir از شرایط پذیرش و جذب در ادارات‌کل تعاون، کار و رفاه اجتماعی استان‌ها مطلع شوند.
