🔻فرناز، دختر ۱۲ ساله‌ای که در پی سقوط از پنجره‌ای ناایمن دچار ضایعه نخاعی گردنی شده بود، اکنون روزهای طلایی توانبخشی خود را در بیمارستان تخصصی نورافشار سپری می‌کند. با پشتکار مثال‌زدنی و سه جلسه توانبخشی روزانه، فرناز موفق شده است در مدت کوتاهی حرکت دستانش را بازیابد. زخم فشاری‌ای که بر اثر مراقبت نادرست در خانه ایجاد شده بود، نیز رو به بهبودی است.فرناز با امید و انگیزه‌ای ستودنی، آرزو دارد هرچه زودتر در کنار خواهر دوقلویش به مدرسه بازگردد.

Following this, Sebi, in an order passed in January 2022, established that the administrators of a Telegram channel having a large subscriber base enticed the subscribers to act upon recommendations that were circulated by those administrators on the channel, leading to significant price and volume impact in various scrips. Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations. The fake Zelenskiy account reached 20,000 followers on Telegram before it was shut down, a remedial action that experts say is all too rare. In this regard, Sebi collaborated with the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) to reduce the vulnerability of the securities market to manipulation through misuse of mass communication medium like bulk SMS.
