Почему решая проблему мошенничества, должны страдать обычные регулярные бытовые операции? Почему я виноват загодя для своей страны, и не могу свободно распоряжаться своими же деньгами?
Ровно как и закон про ограничения связи, здесь существует принцип непроговоренности реальных замыслов.

They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours.
