Но поскольку Первая Дума была распущена, просуществовав ещё меньше, всего 72 дня, то провели выборы, не сделав почти никаких выводов. Вообще ситуация того времени, хоть и прошла более века назад, но параллели с сегодняшними событиями просматриваются во многом.
