Проверка прокуратуры выявила ряд нарушений, в том числе нахождение земельных участков в зоне санитарной охраны лечебно-оздоровительной местности, где запрещены строительство и вырубка деревьев. Также отсутствовала необходимая документация. Кроме того, были нарушены процедуры публичных слушаний.
На основании этого надзорное ведомство подало иск в суд, который удовлетворил требования.
