Красноярский краевой суд вынес решение оставить приговор нашей коллеге Евгении Шелковниковой без изменений. Ее осудили по статье 318 УК РФ «применение насилия в отношении представителя власти». Заседание по апелляции прошло 17 октября.
Теперь Евгения должна отправиться в исправительное учреждение. Где именно она проведет следующие три года, пока не сообщается.

Since January 2022, the SC has received a total of 47 complaints and enquiries on illegal investment schemes promoted through Telegram. These fraudulent schemes offer non-existent investment opportunities, promising very attractive and risk-free returns within a short span of time. They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours. On Feb. 27, however, he admitted from his Russian-language account that "Telegram channels are increasingly becoming a source of unverified information related to Ukrainian events." All three indexes began the day with gains before selling off. Again, in contrast to Facebook, Google and Twitter, Telegram's founder Pavel Durov runs his company in relative secrecy from Dubai.
