Потому что априори этот старый телефон без сим-карты не нужен человеку ни для чего, кроме как для списывания. Один телефон сдал преподавателю, а другой тем временем в кармане.
В общем, никаких проблем, но зачем нам в Студофисе эти телефоны то...?
