Следователи полагают, что фигуранты уговорили сотрудника счётной палаты Архангельской области составить акты проверки их деятельности таким образом, чтобы скрыть попытки дестабилизации работы «Архоблэнерго».
Пинигина, напомним, возместила налоговую недоимку и отпущена под домашний арест. Дело о налоговых преступлениях прекращено, но Пинигина и Заикин всё ещё обвиняются в злоупотреблении должностными полномочиями.
