Подмосковье: на землях СНТ нельзя будет строить новые поселки
Соответствующий законопроект будет внесен в Мособлдуму — заявил губернатор Подмосковья Андрей Воробьев.
Коттеджные поселки можно будет возводить только на землях ИЖС.
Для этого нужно будет менять категорию земель: с сельхозназначения на ИЖС. Перевод нужно будет согласовывать в Мособлдуме, так как необходимо согласие регионального парламента.
При этом перевод сельхозземель в другую категорию будет возможен только при двух условиях:
- экономическая целесообразность; - неиспользование таких земель по назначению.
Предполагается, что принимаемые меры позволят обеспечивать людей, купивших дома, дорогами, услугами по уборке мусора, стабильным электроснабжением и прочими удобствами.
Соответственно, застройщикам придется учитывать в бюджете расходы на строительство коммунальной инфраструктуры.
