سالروز درگذشت #صادق_هدایت (۱۲۸۱- ۱۹ فروردین ۱۳۳۰) در روزنامه «لوموند» خبر کوتاهی خواندم که «صادق هدایت، شاعر ایرانی، در آپارتمان فلان ... با گاز به زندگی خود خاتمه داده است. اینکه نوشته بودند شاعر ایرانی، آیا ناشی از کمبود اطلاع بود و یا حقیقتی بود که ما هم‌وطنان او، او را به این حقیقت نمی‌شناختیم؟ بعد که به فکر فرو رفتم دیدم که پربیراه نگفته بودند، او شاعر بود، هرچند به مصداق جسمانی کلمه شعر نسروده بود؛ ولی چه کسی حساس‌تر، تیزیاب‌تر، خوش‌گوتر و شکننده‌تر از او؟ گفته‌ها و ناگفته‌ها، ص ۲۰۱ ___ کانال دکتراسلامی نُدوشن @dr_eslaminodoushan

Following this, Sebi, in an order passed in January 2022, established that the administrators of a Telegram channel having a large subscriber base enticed the subscribers to act upon recommendations that were circulated by those administrators on the channel, leading to significant price and volume impact in various scrips. As such, the SC would like to remind investors to always exercise caution when evaluating investment opportunities, especially those promising unrealistically high returns with little or no risk. Investors should also never deposit money into someone’s personal bank account if instructed. In addition, Telegram's architecture limits the ability to slow the spread of false information: the lack of a central public feed, and the fact that comments are easily disabled in channels, reduce the space for public pushback. The Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) had carried out a similar exercise in 2017 in a matter related to circulation of messages through WhatsApp.
