Да да да конечно, но вопрос с диаспорами давно пора решить особенно в нац республиках РФ, без заигрываний в дружбу народов давно почившего СССР. Для начала ввести к примеру смертную казнь для любых мигрантов за тяжкие преступления без всяких там экстрадиций.
