Подрядной организации АО «Дорожник» выдано предостережение о недопустимости нарушения действующего законодательства о безопасности дорожного движения. На данный момент, совместно с Администрацией МО "Нерюнгринский район" и ФКУ Упрдор "Лена" рассматривается вопрос о временном перекрытии вышеуказанной автодороги п. Серебряный Бор – г. Нерюнгри. Также рассматривается вопрос о перекрытии дороги с 268 – 504 км.
