Программа «Земский врач/Земский фельдшер» заработает во всех новых субъектах страны — она позволит привлечь кадры в медицинские организации Херсонской и Запорожской областей, ЛНР и ДНР.
«До конца 2023 года в рамках данной федеральной программы мы должны будем привлечь 35 врачей и 35 фельдшеров для наших лечебно-профилактических учреждений», — отметил министр здравоохранения региона Артыш Сат.
Правительство РФ направит необходимое финансирование, медработники, прибывшие в рамках федеральной программы в новые регионы, смогут получить по миллиону рублей для врачей и по 500 тысяч рублей для фельдшеров, акушерок и медсестер.
