در ادامه نخستین کارگاه از سلسله نشستهای «تأمین مالی عمومی» با عنوان «آشنایی با چارچوب تأمین مالی عمومی حساس به کودکان و نوجوانان» 🔷رئیس سازمان بهزیستی کشور: 🔹از یارانهدادن تا فرصتآفرینی؛ تغییر مسیر بهزیستی برای توانمندسازی كودكان ✒️ دکتر حسینی : مهمترین برنامه ما اجرای طرحی با عنوان «سلام» است که بر پایه استفاده از ظرفیت سرمایههای اجتماعی و داراییهای هر محله طراحی شده است. در این طرح، مدرسه به عنوان کانون توسعه محله در ساعات غیرآموزشی مورد استفاده قرار میگیرد تا فرایند توانمندسازی دانشآموزان و ساکنان محله آغاز شود. این پروژه تاکنون در حدود ۱۵ استان کشور اجرا شده و خوشبختانه مؤسسه کار و تأمین اجتماعی نیز در اجرای آن همکاری نزدیک و مؤثری داشته است. وی با اشاره به نگاه داراییمحور در اجرای طرحها اظهار کرد: ما باید سیاستهای خود را بر اساس داشتههای هر محله تنظیم کنیم، نه کمبودها. اگر بخواهیم خدمات آموزشی و رفاهی را بهصورت فراگیر گسترش دهیم، ناگزیر باید با چنین نگرشی به طراحی و اجرای سیاستها بپردازیم. 🔗مشروح خبر: https://lssi.ir/fa-IR/DouranPortal/1/news/view/14780/5658/
