А сегодня давайте полюбуемся на внучку Томаса О'Мэлли: красавицу Эвок!

Эвок – дочь Макалу и родная сестра Фуджитиво.
До двух лет Эвок жила в отчем зоопарке в Йиглаве (не на экспозиции), а весной 2024 года эта пушистая златоглазая валькирия переехала жить во Францию, в зоопарк Tregomeur.

Только посмотрите, какая она сказочная, роскошная, величественная и нордическая как её дедушка! Ещё один чудесный колючий одуванчик! 😻

Take a moment to admire the beautiful Ewok the Pallas's cat, the granddaughter of Thomas O'Malley!

Ewok is the daughter of Makalu and the full sister of Fuggitivo.
Until she turned two, Ewok lived in her home zoo in Jihlava (off-exhibit, away from eyes of the public), and in the spring of 2024, this fluffy, golden-eyed valkyrie moved to France, to the Tregomeur Zoo.

Just look at her — how magical, gorgeous, splendid, and Nordic she is, just like her grandfather! Another prickly little dandelion! 😻

Our heartfelt thanks go to Tregomeur Zoo and to Ewok's keeper personally for these wonderful photos ❤️

VK is Russia’s equivalent of Facebook, a social network used for public and private messaging, audio and video sharing as well as online gaming. In January, SimpleWeb reported that VK was Russia’s fourth most-visited website, after Yandex, YouTube and Google’s Russian-language homepage. In 2016, Forbes’ Michael Solomon described Pavel Durov (pictured, below) as the “Mark Zuckerberg of Russia.” At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. It raised an initial tranche of cash – worth more than a billion dollars – to help develop the coin before opening sales to the public. Unfortunately, third-party sales of coins bought in those initial fundraising rounds raised the ire of the SEC, which brought the hammer down on the whole operation. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised. To that end, when files are actively downloading, a new icon now appears in the Search bar that users can tap to view and manage downloads, pause and resume all downloads or just individual items, and select one to increase its priority or view it in a chat. Messages are not fully encrypted by default. That means the company could, in theory, access the content of the messages, or be forced to hand over the data at the request of a government.
