Родился 28 августа 1992 года в селе Корх, Республика Грузия.
В 2014 году с отличием окончил МГУ имени М.В. Ломоносова по направлению подготовки «Юриспруденция»
С 2015 года работал в Москве в управлении ФАС
С 2017 – 2019 года - помощник депутата Госу. Думы Михаила Дегтярева.
С января 2020 г. заместитель руководителя аппарата фракции ЛДПР в Гос. Думе седьмого созыва.
С 18 августа 2020 г. по сентябрь 2021 г. - первый заместитель руководителя аппарата Губернатора и Правительства Хабаровского края.
С сентября 2021 г. по настоящее время - вице-губернатор - руководитель представительства Правительства Хаб. края при Правительстве РФ
Старший лейтенант запаса.
