Самые ревностные "борцы" с уклонистами - закоренелые уклонисты. Например, Миша Жернаков, который вначале "страдал" плоскостопием, а когда это не стало работать, вдруг потянулся в липовые преподаватели (что сегодня пока тоже дает право на отсрочку).
И теперь, понимая, что сам очень скоро может оказаться на мясокомбинате (фронте), и чтобы этого не случилось, с пеной у рта требует отправки других на "мясо".
И он не один там такой... Большинство такие.
