«Флот – часть [ядерной] триады, стратегическое оружие, то есть оружие, решающее стратегические задачи. Такого качества вооружённых сил или флота в истории России ранее, я имею ввиду до времён развитого Советского Союза, до 1962 года не было. И поэтому флот сегодня это не вопрос России, это вопрос мирового устройства», — отметил политик.
