Согласно информации администрации города Иркутска и Комитета по градостроительной политике администрации города Иркутска с ООО "Стройпроект" заключён муниципальный контракт на изготовление научно-проектной документации для реконструкции памятника. Срок выполнения работ до 2025 года.
Вторым муниципальным контрактом будет найден подрядчик на изготовление самого памятника.
