в первом классе я прочитал книгу "Республика ШКИД", после которой загорелся идеей сделать стенгазету. там была всякая хуйня про жизнь класса. и, конечно же, я решил там упомянуть хулигана класса в стихотворной форме. стих звучал так:
"Внимание, внимание: говорит Кирилл Ребята, посмотрите, его ест крокодил!"
стих весёлый, детский и беззубый, но Кирилл очень огорчился и начал мне угрожать т.н. ПИЗДЮЛЯМИ. но из полностью детской ситуации я вышел абсолютно по-взрослому.
я сказал, что если он даст мне пизды, то стихи про него будут В КАЖДОЙ СЛЕДУЮЩЕЙ стенгазете.
конечно же, мне ничего не было. кто же знал, что этот приём будет работать и в двадцать, и в сорок, и в семьдесят лет.

At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. It raised an initial tranche of cash – worth more than a billion dollars – to help develop the coin before opening sales to the public. Unfortunately, third-party sales of coins bought in those initial fundraising rounds raised the ire of the SEC, which brought the hammer down on the whole operation. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised. Individual messages can be fully encrypted. But the user has to turn on that function. It's not automatic, as it is on Signal and WhatsApp. The regulator said it had received information that messages containing stock tips and other investment advice with respect to selected listed companies are being widely circulated through websites and social media platforms such as Telegram, Facebook, WhatsApp and Instagram. Asked about its stance on disinformation, Telegram spokesperson Remi Vaughn told AFP: "As noted by our CEO, the sheer volume of information being shared on channels makes it extremely difficult to verify, so it's important that users double-check what they read." The gold standard of encryption, known as end-to-end encryption, where only the sender and person who receives the message are able to see it, is available on Telegram only when the Secret Chat function is enabled. Voice and video calls are also completely encrypted.
