На выходных расчехлил cursor и под пивас накидал библиотеку, чтобы можно было через единый интерфейс тестировать разных провайдеров. Выложил в открытый доступ, может кому-нибудь пригодится.

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) had carried out a similar exercise in 2017 in a matter related to circulation of messages through WhatsApp.
