🔘 Приняли 65 стажеров: 39 из них продолжают программу, а 19 уже вошли в штат. 🔘 4 года — таков средний стаж работы в Сибур ПолиЛаб. 🔘 75% сотрудников получают повышение в горизонте 1-1,5 лет. 🔘 ПолиЛаб награжден премией «Hr-бренд» в номинации МИР. 🔘 Мы вошли в ТОП-5 работодателей для целевых студентов. 🔘 93% — это уровень вовлеченности наших сотрудников.
