Romeo is a Dead Man расскажет историю Ромео Старгейзера, который застрял между жизнью и смертью. Как так вышло? За мгновение до гибели героя спас гениальный учёный — правда, при этом он разрушил пространственно-временной континуум. Так что теперь Ромео не просто человек, а специальный агент ФБР, работающий вне пространства и времени. Его работа заключается в выслеживании и устранении самых разыскиваемых преступников не только в нашей, но и в других вселенных. Помимо этого, у Ромео есть и личная цель — найти Джульетту, которая внезапно пропала при таинственных обстоятельствах.
Геймдиректором проекта выступает Гоити Суда (Suda51), известный по играм серии No More Heroes, триллеру Killer 7 и экшену Shadows of the Damned.

In addition, Telegram's architecture limits the ability to slow the spread of false information: the lack of a central public feed, and the fact that comments are easily disabled in channels, reduce the space for public pushback. Lastly, the web previews of t.me links have been given a new look, adding chat backgrounds and design elements from the fully-features Telegram Web client.
