Ст.15. Граждане, пребывающие на жительство из одной местности в другую на срок свыше трех суток, переменившие жилую площадь в пределах одного и того же населенного пункта, получившие паспорта вновь или обменявшие их, обязаны в суточный срок сдать свои паспорта... лицам, ответственным за прописку, для представления в органы милиции на прописку...
Ст.25. Лица, прибывшие в командировку, отпуск, на лечение или на дачу в период летного сезона, прописываются без отметок в паспортах о выписке.
