بنام خدا با حمد و سپاس به درگاه الهی برگزاری موفق هشتمین دوره مسابقات ملی ژئووال در اول خرداد ۱۴۰۴ افتخاری دیگر بر سوابق فعالیتهای انجمن ژئوتکنیک ایران افزود. تقویت روحیه همکاری، کارگروهی و ایجاد نشاط و انگیزه موفقیت در جوانان کشور و ارتقا جایگاه مهندسی ژئوتکنیک در کشور و جهان موجب کمال رضایت بوده و موجب فراموشی سختی ها و کاستی ها می گردد. امید است انجمن ژئوتکنیک ایران کماکان بتواند با حمایت اعضا و علاقه مندان مهندسی ژئوتکنیک این هدف را در آینده نیز در زمینه های مختلف و مرتبط دنبال نماید. بدینوسیله وظیفه خود می دانم که بنوبه خود از زحمات کلیه دست اندر کاران و همکاران خود در انجمن ژئوتکنیک ایران، کمیته های سیاستگزاری، اجرایی و داوران و نیز میزبان این دوره از مسابقات دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد علوم و تحقیقات و همکاران در آن مجموعه و نیز حامیان مالی و معنوی و نیز کلیه اعضا تیمها و شرکت کنندگان این دوره از مسابقات قدردانی بعمل آورم. با سپاس مجدد؛ فردین جعفرزاده رئیس هیئت مدیره انجمن ژئوتکنیک ایران 💐🙏🏻

Telegram has become more interventionist over time, and has steadily increased its efforts to shut down these accounts. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. The company maintains that it cannot act against individual or group chats, which are “private amongst their participants,” but it will respond to requests in relation to sticker sets, channels and bots which are publicly available. During the invasion of Ukraine, Pavel Durov has wrestled with this issue a lot more prominently than he has before. Channels like Donbass Insider and Bellum Acta, as reported by Foreign Policy, started pumping out pro-Russian propaganda as the invasion began. So much so that the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council issued a statement labeling which accounts are Russian-backed. Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform. The Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) had carried out a similar exercise in 2017 in a matter related to circulation of messages through WhatsApp. In view of this, the regulator has cautioned investors not to rely on such investment tips / advice received through social media platforms. It has also said investors should exercise utmost caution while taking investment decisions while dealing in the securities market. A Russian Telegram channel with over 700,000 followers is spreading disinformation about Russia's invasion of Ukraine under the guise of providing "objective information" and fact-checking fake news. Its influence extends beyond the platform, with major Russian publications, government officials, and journalists citing the page's posts.
