Сегодня в кадетской школе имени генерала А.П. Ермолова впервые прошла торжественная линейка по вручению паспортов в рамках программы «Мы – граждане России». Сегодня кадеты сделали первый шаг во взрослую жизнь, получив свой главный документ гражданина.

Идею проводить такие церемонии во время подъёма Государственного флага предложили юные активисты на координационном совете при главе города. Мы поддержали инициативу, чтобы этот момент стал торжественным и памятным для каждого ребёнка.

Теперь такая церемония станет новой традицией во всех школах Ставрополя. Поздравляю ребят с этим важным событием!

The Kremlin has paid Russian TikTok influencers to push propaganda, according to a Vice News investigation, while ProPublica found that fake Russian fact check videos had been viewed over a million times on Telegram. Additionally, investors are often instructed to deposit monies into personal bank accounts of individuals who claim to represent a legitimate entity, and/or into an unrelated corporate account. To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities. The War on Fakes channel has repeatedly attempted to push conspiracies that footage from Ukraine is somehow being falsified. One post on the channel from February 24 claimed without evidence that a widely viewed photo of a Ukrainian woman injured in an airstrike in the city of Chuhuiv was doctored and that the woman was seen in a different photo days later without injuries. The post, which has over 600,000 views, also baselessly claimed that the woman's blood was actually makeup or grape juice. Overall, extreme levels of fear in the market seems to have morphed into something more resembling concern. For example, the Cboe Volatility Index fell from its 2022 peak of 36, which it hit Monday, to around 30 on Friday, a sign of easing tensions.
