Вечером 10 марта, как заявляет Хинштейн, при ударе по торговому центру в слободе Белой Беловского района, по предварительным данным, погибли три человека, ещё девять, в том числе четверо подростков 13-14 лет, получили ранения.

Just days after Russia invaded Ukraine, Durov wrote that Telegram was "increasingly becoming a source of unverified information," and he worried about the app being used to "incite ethnic hatred."
