📌 به گزارش روابط عمومی دانشگاه شاهد، مقاله آقای دکتر حمید رضا نویدی قاضیانی استاد گروه علوم کامپیوتر دانشکده علوم پایه، تحت عنوان «آنالیز بازی صلح و جنگ با استراتژی‌های متفاوت در محیط‌های رقابتی ساده و نویزی» در اولین همایش علوم و فناوری‌های نو ظهور و شالوده شکن در حوزه دفاعی که در دانشکده افسری امام علی (ع) برگزار شد، به عنوان مقاله برگزیده نائل آمد. به همین منظور گفت‌و‌گویی با ایشان انجام شد که در ذیل می‌خوانید.

Additionally, investors are often instructed to deposit monies into personal bank accounts of individuals who claim to represent a legitimate entity, and/or into an unrelated corporate account. To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities. But the Ukraine Crisis Media Center's Tsekhanovska points out that communications are often down in zones most affected by the war, making this sort of cross-referencing a luxury many cannot afford. The original Telegram channel has expanded into a web of accounts for different locations, including specific pages made for individual Russian cities. There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels. Oleksandra Matviichuk, a Kyiv-based lawyer and head of the Center for Civil Liberties, called Durov’s position "very weak," and urged concrete improvements. Following this, Sebi, in an order passed in January 2022, established that the administrators of a Telegram channel having a large subscriber base enticed the subscribers to act upon recommendations that were circulated by those administrators on the channel, leading to significant price and volume impact in various scrips.
