«AVO bank» (бывш. Узагроэкспортбанк) заключил c aффилированым ООО «AVO Services and Technology» (ИНН: 309440142) дополнительное соглашение к лицензионному договору в части наименования Банка, порядка оплаты и уменьшения стоимости лицензионного договора.
Отмечается, что сумма сделки равна единоразовому платежу в размере 816,34 млн сумов и ежеквартальных платежей - 2,17 млрд сумов. При этом банк выступает приобретателем.

These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise.
