Just my opinion but it seems extremely unlikely that these both came from the same person.
Note the grammar & spelling errors in the 2nd email (white background).
These seem like errors consistent with someone who doesn't speak English as a first/primary language, and the extreme shift in both tone and message doesn't match.

These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise.
