🔹12 октября Генеральный консул О.Ю.Красницкий и Почетный консул России в Нюрнберге А.Г.Фиксель возложили совместно с русскоязычными соотечественниками венки и цветы к советскому мемориалу на южном кладбище г.Нюрнберга, где покоятся более 5,5 тысяч советских граждан – жертв концентрационного лагеря Stalag XIII D (Нюрнберг-Лангвассер).

🔹Генконсул О.Ю.Красницкий отметил недопустимость забвения памяти о советских жертвах фашистской чумы, а также напомнил об усилиях России по признанию на международном уровне геноцида советского народа нацистской Германией в годы Великой Отечественной войны.

🔹Генконсул и Почетный консул также посетили Приход святой блаженной Ксении Петербургской Московского Патриархата, где провели встречу с настоятелем храма, Благочинным Баварско-Гессенского округа Протоиереем Петром Степановым.

Telegram has gained a reputation as the “secure” communications app in the post-Soviet states, but whenever you make choices about your digital security, it’s important to start by asking yourself, “What exactly am I securing? Telegram is certainly not the most secure messaging app on the market right now. Its security model requires users to place a great deal of trust in Telegram’s ability to protect user data. For some users, this may be good enough for now. For others, it may be wiser to move to a different platform for certain kinds of high-risk communications. The next bit isn’t clear, but Durov reportedly claimed that his resignation, dated March 21st, was an April Fools’ prank. TechCrunch implies that it was a matter of principle, but it’s hard to be clear on the wheres, whos and whys. Similarly, on April 17th, the Moscow Times quoted Durov as saying that he quit the company after being pressured to reveal account details about Ukrainians protesting the then-president Viktor Yanukovych. A Russian Telegram channel with over 700,000 followers is spreading disinformation about Russia's invasion of Ukraine under the guise of providing "objective information" and fact-checking fake news. Its influence extends beyond the platform, with major Russian publications, government officials, and journalists citing the page's posts. In addition, Telegram's architecture limits the ability to slow the spread of false information: the lack of a central public feed, and the fact that comments are easily disabled in channels, reduce the space for public pushback. These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise.
