في قلب حمص القديمة، وعلى جدرانها المبنية من الحجارة السوداء، عُلّقت أعمال الفنان والخطاط السوري منير الشعراني، في أول حضور فني له داخل سوريا بعد أربعة عشر عاماً من الغياب، مقدّماً مجموعة من اللوحات التي تمزج بين جمالية الخط وروح التعبير المعاصر.

وزير الثقافة محمد ياسين الصالح زار المكان مع فريق أربعاء حمص، متأملاً الأعمال في المعرض الذي حمل اسم «إيقاعات خطية»، داخل المسرح الأرثوذكسي مقر مؤسسة تراثنا.

تأتي هذه الزيارة في إطار دعم وزارة الثقافة للمبادرات التي تُعيد للفنون السورية ألقها، وتعزز حضور التراث والثقافة في الفضاء العام.

The War on Fakes channel has repeatedly attempted to push conspiracies that footage from Ukraine is somehow being falsified. One post on the channel from February 24 claimed without evidence that a widely viewed photo of a Ukrainian woman injured in an airstrike in the city of Chuhuiv was doctored and that the woman was seen in a different photo days later without injuries. The post, which has over 600,000 views, also baselessly claimed that the woman's blood was actually makeup or grape juice. Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. Standard conversations use the MTProto method, enabling server-client encryption but with them stored on the server for ease-of-access. This makes using Telegram across multiple devices simple, but also means that the regular Telegram chats you’re having with folks are not as secure as you may believe. In addition, Telegram's architecture limits the ability to slow the spread of false information: the lack of a central public feed, and the fact that comments are easily disabled in channels, reduce the space for public pushback. "Russians are really disconnected from the reality of what happening to their country," Andrey said. "So Telegram has become essential for understanding what's going on to the Russian-speaking world." Since January 2022, the SC has received a total of 47 complaints and enquiries on illegal investment schemes promoted through Telegram. These fraudulent schemes offer non-existent investment opportunities, promising very attractive and risk-free returns within a short span of time. They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours.
