В Лиманской громаде, выполняя поручения Одесской областной комиссии по техногенно-экологической безопасности и чрезвычайным ситуациям, коммунальщики приступили к очистке побережья от загрязнения нефтепродуктами.
Не хватает только оборудования для быстрый очистки пляжей. В Одессе всё как обычно решает проблемы по мере их поступления, а точнее «задним числом». Всё оборудование будут покупать в момент «проблемы» с загрязнением и потратить на оборудование собираются 4,5 млн грн. Уже объявлен даже тендер.
Иногда складывается впечатление, что в Одессе абсолютно никто не готов к тем или иным катаклизмам. Поэтому когда наступает момент «икс» все разводят руками и начинают объявлять тендер. Таким образом масштабы проблемы могут увеличиться, всё может выйти из-под контроля. В конечном итоге, скажут, что денег не хватило мы пытались... А по итогу когда проблемы решится сама с собой, деньги поделят в карман.
А как же пляжи? Спросите вы. А что с пляжами их и так бизнесмены раскупят, или застроят высотками.
