Совсем не важно что все знают где находится тело, знают что человек уже погиб, но пока тело не смогут вытащить он «без вести пропавший» а значит никаких выплат не будет… Вместе они начали строить дом, но из за гибели мужа, его семья вынуждена жить в временном вагончике.
