В Сибири госуправление по-прежнему остается уделом сильного пола: большинство членов правительств субъектов СФО - мужчины. В среднем по федеральному округу распределение составляет 78% к 22%. Даже в самом прогрессивном регионе - Томской области - доля мужчин в правительстве 64%, а в вечно соперничающей с ней Омской области вообще 91%.
Меньше всего женщин в правительственном корпусе Республики Тыва - их 4%. Возможно, здесь к суровости условий работы добавляются еще и национальные традиции. Впрочем, равноправие в России вроде пока не отменяли, так что тувинским властям стоит обратить внимание на кадровую политику. Да и в целом в Сибири стоит усилить работу в этом направлении. Пока в сравнении с соседями из ДФО сибиряки проигрывают.

Because Telegram has this data, it may also be stolen by hackers or leaked by an internal employee. The last couple days have exemplified that uncertainty. On Thursday, news emerged that talks in Turkey between the Russia and Ukraine yielded no positive result. But on Friday, Reuters reported that Russian President Vladimir Putin said there had been some “positive shifts” in talks between the two sides. Some people used the platform to organize ahead of the storming of the U.S. Capitol in January 2021, and last month Senator Mark Warner sent a letter to Durov urging him to curb Russian information operations on Telegram. Given the pro-privacy stance of the platform, it’s taken as a given that it’ll be used for a number of reasons, not all of them good. And Telegram has been attached to a fair few scandals related to terrorism, sexual exploitation and crime. Back in 2015, Vox described Telegram as “ISIS’ app of choice,” saying that the platform’s real use is the ability to use channels to distribute material to large groups at once. Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations.
