"Конечно, это вопрос, который затрагивает целый ряд норм в области морского права, но если причастность России будет доказана, то необходимо будет обсудить возможность защиты нашей критической инфраструктуры, нужно будет провести переговоры о том, как мы можем перекрыть Балтийское море", — пояснил он.
