Красноярский художник Василий Слонов оштрафован из-за неваляшки с уголовными «тату».
Внимание Центра «Э» местной полиции привлекла неваляшка, выставленная Слоновым в гостинице Novotel в Красноярске. Как следует из решения суда, на игрушке были нарисованы восьмиконечные звезды, являющиеся символикой движения «Арестантское уголовное единство» (А.У.Е.), которое признано экстремистским и запрещено в РФ.
Действия Слонова судья Олеся Федорова квалифицировала как публичное демонстрирование символики экстремистских организаций. Вину художник признал.
Слонова оштрафовали на 1 тыс. рублей, а экспонат решили конфисковать.
