اگر در گزینه وضعیت درخواست وام "ارسال به صندوق رفاه" درج شده باشد، درخواست مذکور تایید شده و تا پایان نیم‌سال تحصیلی مبلغ وام به حساب بانک تجارت، واریز می‌شود.
در صورتی که گزینه "بررسی کارشناس دانشگاه" مشاهده شود، وام هنوز تایید نشده و تا واریز اعتبار مجدد از صندوق رفاه دانشجویان، به حالت تعلیق باقی می‌ماند.
